Year 7 2025 Overview
Welcome to our Year 7 2025 families. The following documents are to inform you of all the information that you need before your daughter starts at Mount St Benedict College. Please note that some links will open as separate PDF documents. Please take the time to read and fill in all the relevant forms below, as this will make your daughter's transition to Mount St Benedict College much smoother.

TEXTBOOKS

Textbook orders need to be placed by Sunday 8 December to ensure delivery prior to school starting. When asked for your daughter's email, please choose the 'not sure' option.
RESOURCE KITS
Mandatory Visual Arts Kit
- To be purchased at the time of uniform fitting, via the College Uniform Shop.
- Kits will be distributed to students, during their first Visual Arts class of the year.
- Kits will then become available at the College Uniform Shop, for mid-year enrolments.
Optional Stationery Kit
Year 7 Optinional Stationery list
If you would like to order stationery in one convenient place, this is an optional method to do so. Please note: the specified calculator type and model is mandatory. You can source this calculator from any supplier, but please ensure it is this exact one: Casio fx-100AU PLUS 2nd edition.
All stationery items must be purchased and ready for use before the first day of school.
YEAR 7 RESIDENTIAL EXPERIENCE
Year 7 Camp will be in Term One Week Four, Wednesday 19 - Friday 21 February.
More information will be sent at the beginning of Term One 2025.
LOCAL LIBRARY MEMBERSHIP

All students are required to join Hornsby Library regardless of residential address.

Please note, the majority of the activities will be open for registration in 2025. The only programs that require registration before the end of the year are listed below. To secure your child’s place in these programs, please click the following fact sheets and instructions for the registration process in each document.

Please select 'Year 6' as the year group. Please note that two out of the three Private buses are currently operating on a wait list basis.
COLLEGE SHOP
The College uniform is available at the College Shop. Online uniform orders can be placed via Flexischools click here for instructions. At this time Student Card purchases are not available through the College Shop. Year 7 2025 First Day of School
The first day of school for Year 7 2025 Mount St Benedict College students is Thursday 30 January.
Students should arrive at the Hildegard Centre roof/oval between 8.00am and 8:15am. Parents are welcome to join their daughters on the Hildegard Centre Roof before school and watch the Year 7 cohort depart on their Guard of Honour at 8.30am.
Parents will receive an email in late January confirming what students should bring on their first day.
